Our Infrastructure

The Quality Control department is part of Quality Assurance department. It is headed by a Quality Control manager, who performs three step testing. The major activities of the quality control department are:
* To ensure the quality of the product the company must have quality audit system. The objective of the system is to maintain and ensure the quality products. For this purpose the company has its own process according to which: The product is tested in its own lab and the results are reviewed by the competent chemist.
* The company arranges the testing of the products outside the company lab for quality audit such as: Industrial Testing Laboratories, Patiala.

* The results from these labs and results from our own lab are compared. If the deviation is not more than 2% than it is assumed that the results from our own lab are correct.
* The documents made by quality control are also reviewed by management as well as technical staff.
* Verification of the policy and quality objective are done by quality auditors
